Methodological bases for fixing the goal-setting of criminal procedural activity in the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

The article provides a philosophical and legal analysis of the categories “goal” “tasks”, which together form goal-setting activity. need to set goal arises when subject enters into any activity therefore needs its optimal organization. After setting goal, further ordering complexly organized types practice causes for fragmentation parts, concretization in relation individual stages work, i.e. number tasks performer. They reflect not only purpose activity, but also specifics implementation specific conditions. Various options fixing current legislation are being considered. It is noted that legislator does have unified approach resolving this issue, negatively affects both quality adopted laws law enforcement practice.
